Payment

Payment is due prior to each session. Cash is the standard form of payment. Electronic payment platforms are not accepted.

Cancellations

• 48 hours notice required
• Late cancellations are charged in full
• Up to 6 cancellations allowed per year
• Additional cancellations are charged regardless of notice

Scheduling

Sessions are scheduled based on availability. Most families reserve a consistent weekly time slot.
